    1. What is the shipping policy?

    All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

    Currently, we offer free ground shipping domestically to the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) on orders over $200. For orders under $200.00, there is a domestic flat-rate shipping charge of $5.00.

    We also ship internationally for a flat rate fee of $10 to Canada, the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, and some of the EU (France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Spain, and the Netherlands). Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.


    1. What shipping providers do you use?

    We use FedEx for all orders. Ground shipping for all U.S. orders may take up to 5-8 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.


    1. Do you offer expedited shipping?

    1. My package was lost, stolen, or damaged.

    No worries, we're on it. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then shoot an email to happiness@lahgo.co letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.
