All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Currently, we offer free ground shipping domestically to the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) on orders over $200. For orders under $200.00, there is a domestic flat-rate shipping charge of $5.00.
We use FedEx for all orders. Ground shipping for all U.S. orders may take up to 5-8 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.
Yes! We offer FedEx 2-Day Shipping for a $18 flat rate. Orders placed Thursday after 12pm PT will not be shipped over the weekend. They will instead be shipped out on Friday and delivered the following Tuesday. For all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, orders will be shipped out the following Monday and will be delivered that Wednesday.
Please note that while we prioritize these orders, there still may be a processing time of up to three days before your order is shipped.
For U.S. orders, FedEx Overnight Shipping is available for a $40 flat rate.
No worries, we're on it. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.
